If you had told me I’d be an artist someday, I’d have never believed it! My career as an artist began after what I call a “major breakthrough” when I attended a workshop that encouraged participants to paint with their hands. It was then that I realized how much creativity had been buried within me. My artwork reflects what has been a lifelong journey of self-discovery.

The process of creating my art is similar to a meditation. As a certified hypnotist and Reiki Master, I will put myself in a self-hypnotic state and then spread Reiki – the universal healing energy – into the blank canvas. As I begin painting with my hands, I receive guidance from a higher source, trusting what is being guided for me to paint at that moment - magnificent colors, shapes and designs as well as expressive messages of love, hope, faith, inspiration, transformation and healing energy. Even though I am the artist, I’m still amazed to see and feel what the creative spirit shares with me.

I find such joy in creating and expressing myself through painting with my hands. I feel that everyone has their own “inner masterpiece” just waiting to be expressed. I encourage you to find whatever creative outlet brings you joy and happiness...and do it!

I am proud to have my artwork represented by The WildChild Art Gallery, Matlacha, FL; The Starving Artist’s Co-op at The Bone Hut, Bonita Springs, FL; A Healing Touch, Bonita Springs; and, The Blue Ridge Mountain Arts Association, Blue Ridge, GA. My artwork is also in many private collections.
